Tempranillo (75%), Syrah (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), manual harvest; Vinification with indigenous yeasts, fermented for a fortnight in 10,000 and 5,000 litre stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Different grape varieties and plots are vinified separately. Ageing in French oak casks.
