pale gold colour. It is rich and highly aromatic. It shows lots of fruit (fresh peach) and floral nuances (lavender). It is rich on the palate and very well-balanced between roundness and acidity, with honey on the finish. It is highly aromatic without any heaviness or bitterness.
Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, fish or slightly bitter tasting vegetables, such as asparagus, and also with fruittarts.

Traditional white winemaking methods. Grapes are harvested early. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures (15 to 18°C). Contact with air avoided. Ageing on fine lees for a few months in tanks. No malolactic fermentation.
