Deep cherry red colour with purple hues. Fresh aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and more red fruits like strawberry and cherry. Pure and vibrant style also dominated by ripe fruit on the palate. Fine notes of soft spices, a tip of coconut and a hint of cedar in accompaniment. Smooth yet exciting aftertaste.
Delicious with a piece of roasted meat and ideally with a piece of lamb. (Barbecue) But also stews, lighter meats such as pork and veal, pastas, cheeses, Iberico ham and even fatty fish are a tasty combination.

The harvest is done manually under the cold of the night. Each plot and grape is fermented separately. Afterwards, the assemblage follows and the wine is further aged for 3 months in American oak to round out the Tempranillo's tannins a little. After a minimum 3-month maturation in bottle, it is then released to the market.
