Beautiful dark red, almost purple colour with garnet red reflections. Intense nose with lots of ripe, red and especially black fruit. On the palate, it opens up completely and lets you enjoy with impressions of blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, a hint of strawberry and more floral notes of violets. Pleasant and tasty character. Medium-long finish.

This tasty drinking wine is perfect for parties and other events but also goes well with all kinds of tapas and dishes. Barbecue, charcuterie and soft cheeses.

climate

The Cévennes has a Mediterranean climate with strong influence from the Pyrenees. During the night and in winter it can cool sharply. Regular precipitation and winds from the mountains. Summers are hot and dry.

soil

Dry soils with stones, clay and limestone (different vineyards).

vinification

Syrah & Grenache Noir. The grapes are picked and fermented separately and undergo a classic fermentation in inox barrels. Afterwards, they are blended and rested further on inox to retain their optimal fruity character.
