Beautiful, shiny ruby red color. Aromas of red plums, black cherries, and a fine hint of spices on the nose. Fruity with a well-structured mouthfeel. Lively and challenging on the palate. Full, tight taste with an engaging and pure character. Long, refined, and balanced finish.
Delicious with a piece of beef, but the elegant character of the Gamay grape also pairs perfectly with veal and pork. Tip: Serve lightly chilled on warmer days.
